Object of the service

Docupal is a platform that allows users to create AI-based virtual assistants, to which they can upload their own documents for later consultation through a chat-like conversation system.

Conditions of use

The user agrees to use the services lawfully and in accordance with current legislation.

The use of the platform to share, store, or distribute illegal, offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights is prohibited.

The user is responsible for the content they upload to the platform. Docupal is not responsible for the use the user makes of the data.

Registration and user accounts

To use certain services, registration is necessary.

The user must provide truthful information and keep their credentials confidential.

Docupal reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

All content, design, software, and functionalities of Docupal are the property of the owner or are used with the proper license. Their reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.

Pricing policy

The platform offers different plans (free and paid).

Prices may vary with prior notification.

The user may cancel their subscription at any time. Refunds for payments already made will not be issued, except for justified incidents.

Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

Exclusion of liability

Docupal does not guarantee the continuous availability of the service nor is it responsible for errors in the results generated by the AI systems. The user must verify the information before making important decisions.

Legislation and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of Madrid.
